Summer Throwbacks! Kegg, Cervical Fluid as the 5th Vital Sign

t’s the first of our summer throwbacks! This week, we’re replaying our episode with Kristina Cahojova, Founder and CEO of Kegg, the world's first 2-in-1 fertility tracking kegel ball. We discuss the biology of cervical mucus and why it's important for fertility and can be used as a measure of a woman's health.

This episode was first released in 2020, so there may be one or two references that are slightly out of date. There’s some golden content here though, so let’s get into it.
